Its primary role is to gauge a learner's current proficiency in the identified soft skills, ensuring that every individual is placed into the appropriate level of training. The placement assessment allows for:
- Accurate Placement: By assessing skills before training begins, we ensure that learners receive instruction that is neither too basic nor too advanced for their current level. This tailored approach helps maximize learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Customized Learning Path: The placement assessment results direct each learner to one of our four specific levels: Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert. This means that learners jump straight into training that matches their skill set, optimizing their development time and effort.
- Baseline for Growth: The placement assessment establishes a baseline of the learner’s skills, against which their progress can be measured in the progress assessment. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of the training session and capture the learner’s achievement.”
