How to Update the Name on Your Bundle Certificate 

At Bundle, we understand that mistakes and typos are part of being human. If you need to correct an error, change your name, or add a new one, you can simply submit a name change request.

How to Request a Name Change 

Before starting, ensure you are logged in to your credential account. For detailed login instructions, refer to the Accessing Your Certificate guide. 

  1. In your credential window, locate and click the ‘More’ button beneath your credential. 
  2. A new window will appear; select the ‘Request a Name Change’ option from the choices provided. 
  3. Enter the desired name as you would like it to appear on your certificate. 
  4. Click ‘Request’ to submit your change. 

What Happens After You Submit a Name Change? 

For minor changes, such as correcting a typo or a misspelled name, the system will automatically update your certificate. However, for major changes—like a completely new name—Bundle will review your request to approve or deny it. 

How Long Does the Name Change Process Take?

Why Was My Name Change Denied? 

If your name change request for your certificate is denied, it is because Bundle does not have appropriate documentation to verify the change. Please reach out to wecare@bundleskills.com if you have any additional information to provide.
