How the Placement Assessment Works
Our placement assessment is designed to ensure learners begin their training at the level that best fits their skills and experience. This step helps us deliver a personalized and relevant session, tailored specifically to each learner’s needs.
- Adaptive Questioning: The number of questions a learner sees depends on their responses, ranging from as few as 8 to as many as 32. This adaptive approach ensures efficient and accurate placement, with most assessments taking around 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
- Comprehensive Skill Measurement: Each question set evaluates key skills associated with the foundational to expert levels, giving a thorough view of the learner’s strengths across various competencies.
- Immediate Placement: After completing the assessment, learners receive immediate placement into the level that best matches their skillset. This allows learners to schedule their session without delay, focused on challenges and content appropriate to their experience.
