Whitelisting Bundle Emails
Bundle sends occasional emails through HubSpot if you and your learners are having issues receiving emails, please follow the steps below.
Add email address to your address book. Add wecare@bundleskills.com in your email clients address book. This will tell your inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from Bundle. Each email provider has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in your help documentation.
Open and click links in the Bundle emails that you do receive. This will tell your inbox to trust emails coming from Bundle. You can also move any emails that are found in your SPAM/junk email folder back to your inbox. This will tell your inbox where to place them in the future.
Add Bundle’s domain to your companies allowlist. Request that your IT/Email team to add www.bundleskills.com to your companies allowlist. This will tell your email server that it should expect to receive emails from any from address containing Bundle’s domain.
Add Bundle’s sending IP addresses. Request that your IT/Email team add Bundle’s sending IP addresses to your allowlist. Below is a list of all IPs that Bundle emails from HubSpot may come from. Allowlisting each of these will maximize deliverability.
