We require a 24-Hour notice for cancellations of sessions.
Because we reserve a trainer especially for your learners, please inform your learners to make any schedule changes 24-hour prior to the session start time to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee. Specific fees are outlined in your company's agreement.
Cancellation fees will be invoiced monthly and will include the learners' names. You can also see any late cancellations or no shows on your dashboard.
