The Bundle platform sends automated email communications to ensure that learners are prepared for a successful engagement.  

As a general guideline, you can expect that emails will be sent in the following scenarios: 

Pre Session Emails 

When 

Welcome Email 

Sent on Launch 

Booked Session Confirmation 

Immediately after a learner books a session 

48-hour Session Reminder 

48-hours before the session 

2-hour Session Reminder 

2-hours before the session 

Post Session Emails 

When 

Post Session Resources 

5 minutes after sessions end time 

Session Summary Published to Learner 

Immediately after a session summary has been posted to the dashboard from the trainer 

Post-Assessment Reminder 

48-hours after a session end time if the learner has not completed the post assessment 

Other 

When 

Booking Reminder 

14 days after last booking if no future sessions are scheduled 

Program Completion Email 

Immediately after the post-assessment has been submitted on the last session of the Program 

Registration Reminder 

36-hours after launch date if learner has not registered their account 

Registration Reminder 2 

7 days after launch date if learner has not registered their account 

Cancelation Confirmation 

Immediately after if a learner cancels a booked session 

Learner Newsletter 

Monthly 

Password Reset 

When learner requests to update password
